Why are live Lophophora williamsii sales final?
Due to legal sensitivity, shipping risk, and the biological nature of live plants,
all live Lophophora williamsii sales are final.
This policy helps ensure compliance and protects both parties.

Shipping & Packaging
How discreet is your packaging?
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. Seeds are labeled as
“Botanical Specimens – Educational Materials,” and plants are labeled as
“Live Succulents – Ornamental Plants.”
When do live plants ship?
Live plants ship Monday through Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays
and reduce transit stress.
Refunds & Returns
What is your DOA policy for live plants?
If a plant arrives dead, you must report it within 48 hours
of delivery with clear photos. Approved claims receive a replacement or store credit.
No cash refunds are issued for live plants.
Do you offer refunds for slow growth?
No. Cacti are naturally slow-growing organisms. Growth rate is not grounds
for refunds or replacements.
Seeds & Cultivation
What if my seeds don’t germinate?
Opened seed packets may qualify for a partial refund if germination attempts
are documented with photos or video within the specified timeframe.
Do you provide cultivation instructions?
Basic guidance may be included, but successful cultivation depends on
environmental conditions, experience, and proper care.
