Returns & Refunds
Seeds
- Unopened packets: Full refund within 30 days
- Opened packets: 50% refund within 14 days with documented germination attempts
- Photo or video evidence required
- Return shipping paid by customer
Live Plants
- All live plant sales are final
- DOA claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos required
- Replacement or store credit only
- No cash refunds or returns accepted
Propagation Kits & Accessories
- Unused items in original packaging: 30-day return window
- Defective items: Replacement only
- Customer pays return shipping for non-defective items
Soil, Substrates & Chemicals
- All soil mixes and substrates are final sale

No refunds or replacements will be issued for slow growth, cosmetic variations,
improper care, weather-related delays beyond our control, or purchases made
in violation of the buyer’s local laws.
