You must be legally permitted to purchase and possess the products offered by Sacred Peyote in your jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to understand and comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

Product Use Disclaimer

All products sold by Sacred Peyote are intended strictly for ornamental, botanical, educational, and research purposes only. Products are not sold for consumption or unlawful use.

Orders & Payment

Orders are considered final once payment is received and confirmed. Payment instructions are provided after checkout via the order confirmation email.

  • Accepted payment methods include Bitcoin, Chime, Zelle, and Bank Transfer
  • Bitcoin payments receive a 5% discount
  • Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Live plants ship Monday through Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays.

Sacred Peyote is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs inspections, or circumstances beyond our control.

Live Plants – Final Sale

Due to their biological nature and legal sensitivity, all live plant sales, including Lophophora williamsii, are final.

  • No refunds or returns for live plants
  • DOA claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photographic evidence is required
  • Approved claims receive replacement or store credit only

Seeds & Germination

Seeds are sold for botanical and educational purposes only. Germination rates may vary due to environmental conditions and cultivation methods.

Partial refunds for seeds are available only under the conditions outlined in our Delivery & Returns policy.

Returns & Refunds

Refund eligibility varies by product category. Please refer to the Delivery & Returns page for detailed information.

Absolutely no refunds will be issued for slow growth, cosmetic variation, improper care, or change of mind on live plants.

Limitation of Liability

Sacred Peyote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Sacred Peyote and may not be reproduced without permission.

Account Termination & Refusal of Service

Sacred Peyote reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access at our discretion, particularly in cases involving policy violations, suspected fraud, or unlawful intent.
